I assume you have assigned different subnets (addess ranges) to the three 
different LANs. Then all you need to do (besides ifconfig) is set the default 
route on the two hosts towards the address of the gateway on their respective 
subnet.

Please provide the output of netstat -rn and ifconfig -a on the three machines 
if you want more help.
