Hi,

I hope this may be useful to improve the installation experience in the
future.
To keep my work as safe as possible, I grabbed another drive and put it in
the PC I was upgrading to see how an installation from scratch, using the
14.3 USB image would feel like.

In the installation process, I had to struggle to find my WIFI SSID,
because my provider uses extremely long SSIDs and the user specific part
was not visible. It looks that I have at least 5 neighbours with the same
provider and it was a lengthy process until I selected my own SSID. A
simple remedy for that would be to have a broader dialog there, which
should not be unreasonable even on 80x25 displays...

Then I also saw that installing kde and sddm directly installs wayland.
Good... except that I haven't found 'tweaking instructions' anywhere and
currently the session ends when I close any application I have opened after
starting the session.

With these two 'quirks' solved, my experience would be reassuring enough to
recommend trying FreeBSD to more people.
/PA
