Per Ian Lapore's note (see below) on how to interpret what I did and =
found while exploring building textproc/expat2 on arm with cortex-a7 =
specific code generation fir an rpi2b, I've retitled and moved Bug =
205904 from Base to Ports & Packages for textproc/expat2:

difference in how things built was sufficient to allow the portmaster to =
