It adds a mirror site to the distribution and also fetches the correct source distribution. This fix is necessary since the old port (which still works) may not be working properly for much longer (obsolete distfile). I believe that this utility is used by a few persons, so it would be nice to have it up-to-date with FreeBSD 3.3. The PR that needs to be commited is: PR ports/13501. Thanks, Patrick.
