I want to set up an FTP server that does *not* pay attention to the FreeBSD login user database. That is, I want the server to look in some database (probably text file) that I create that has usernames and passwords. I'm not worried about file permissions, assuming that the FTP server takes care of that. Which FTP servers do this? Reviews?
