patch

- update from 6.5.5 to 6.5.7
- add py-sqlite3 as a run dependency
- simplify the port

The patch simplifies the port and makes Makefile more readable in cost of
removing docs compilation and installation, I think that example configs are
enough to make software useable (it was for me), and if user needs API or
Changelog - they can looked up in internet.

files/ dir and pkg-plist file are removed.
