The following reply was made to PR bin/161739; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Jeremy Chadwick <freebsd@jdc.parodius.com> To: FreeBSD-gnats-submit@FreeBSD.org, freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Cc: Subject: Re: bin/161739: top -b does not restore ICANON and ECHO terminal capabilities when exiting Date: Mon, 17 Oct 2011 11:55:42 -0700 Follow-up: Something I was thinking about as I was falling asleep last night: there's a good possibility the problem is actually reversed. That is to say, ICANON/ECHO is being adjusted when in "top -b" mode it shouldn't be. If this is the case, some simple if()s should do the trick. -- | Jeremy Chadwick jdc at parodius.com | | Parodius Networking http://www.parodius.com/ | | UNIX Systems Administrator Mountain View, CA, US | | Making life hard for others since 1977.
