As I had problems using hibernation with my notebook and FBSD I used linux on this machine since then. Now with 4.7 I try it again and I am interested in bringing some light in the case because I suspect this error being responsible for the hibernation problem. So, this machine is a Mitac 6133 Notebook It's FreeBSD 4.7-stable built about Nov. 12. I only added options for sound support to plain GENERIC recently. Further down I append output from dmesg. I don't know which other useful information I can supply. If there is anyone out there who can give me a hint, let me know. I own the complete technical reference for the machine (I am not enough technically competent to make proper use of it though). Thanks a lot for help Ulrich puck# dmesg Copyright (c) 1992-2002 The FreeBSD Project.
