I have upgraded a box to -current supped on 2-28-96. Kernel builds fine,
reboots fine, finds ep0 fine, configures it fine, but still doesn't
respond to pings in or out. I put in a 2.1-RELEASE kernel, and it boots
and pings just fine.

I may be missing something obvious, but I can't imagine what.

The link light on the 3com switch comes active, but no data.

The interesting thing is that if I ping from the -current box, ping kicks
back an error with "sendto: permission denied". Which seems unusual.

Any tip appreciated.
