I then switched to single user (which gave me a shell) and activated the 14= .2 environment again with bectl as before and booted into the 14.2 environment. Removed the drm-kmod package which I installed previously (i.e. drm-515-kmo= d) and booted back into the 14.1 environment through a reboot which then start= ed again normally.
