The chances are very good that the bug has already been fixed in a more recent FreeBSD version, or at least replaced with newer and better bugs. In order to debug this we'll need a full dmesg as a start point. If this problem report is still relevant to you (hardware still around, etc), could you try with a more recent FreeBSD version?
