    LinuxKPI: 802.11: add IEEE80211_KEY_FLAG_BITS

Add IEEE80211_KEY_FLAG_BITS to be used with %b for debugging
ieee802111_key_flag bit flags. Names are a lot easier to deal
    with than just numbers.
