If you want to have that, the easiest way is to simply give maintainer appr=
oval
for the patch by setting the maintainer-approval flag on the patch.  This
permits ports committers to commit the patch.  Also make sure to set the
maintainer-feedback flag to "+" indicating that you gave feedback.

I meanwhile had the chance to test the patch on armv6 FreeBSD 13 where it
builds fine with Poudriere.
