After suspend resume on IBM T40 2373JU5, em0 reports;
em0: The EEPROM Checksum is Not Valid
em0: Unable to initialize the hardware
Tried a few reported "fixes" from various websites, none resolve the issue.
Works normally prior to suspend/resume.
