The lpd is dying on signal 11. ok. Seems like a hardware problem... memory or disk with bad block on it. Solution: Rename your lpd to lpd.old, Mount the sencond cdrom from FreeBSD and copy the lpd from there, and reboot. Hope this can help. Sergio Lenzi. Unix consult.
