I've looked at quite a few, but have not found any with more than two well-ventilated drive mounts. They are all gigantic, but mismanage the space. As for racks, we are using standard "relay-racks" with an overhead ladder type thing that makes them hold several hundred pounds of equipment securely. Nothing's enclosed, but I actually prefer that, it's much easier to get at things, and ventilation is excellent.
