CentOS 6.7 things

Patch attached updates linux ports framework/userland (both 32bit and 64bit
variants) to CentOS 6.7.

Please test this once without, and once with,

the following addition to /etc/make.conf:

OVERRIDE_LINUX_BASE_PORT=c6_64
OVERRIDE_LINUX_NONBASE_PORTS=c6_64
