First, switch the RELENG_3 tag in your supfile to RELENG_4. Then run CVSup. Then ***read /usr/src/UPDATING***. Please do this before you attempt to upgrade; chances are, if you don't, the upgrade will fail, and your requests for help will either be ignored or get you flamed.
