This is totally=C2=A0a portmaster issue (wrong order of build, install and
deinstall).
The python=C2=A0dependencies are all correct.
py-pyparsing DOES NOT REQUIRE py-packaging.

py-setuptools_scm is where 'packaging>=3D20.0' came from.
Thus uninstalling py-setuptools_scm is a workaround.
