Starting with the apache13-ssl port, the README.configure says I just need to set --enable-shared=max and then build php and put it in the right place and it'll all just work. Except when I change --enable-shared=remain to --enable-shared=max in the Makefile in the apache13-ssl directory, ssl no longer seems to get installed. Help!
