This an unaltered FreeBSD-current at r311832.

starting at line 346 and ending at 362.

The Makefile in /usr/src/usr.bin at line 93 points at the 
directory mandoc.  The Makefile in /usr/src/usr.bin/mandoc
points at ../../contrib/mdocml.
