https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D218243 Bug ID: 218243 Summary: lang/mono: Remove calls to update_submodules Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: mono@FreeBSD.org Reporter: cyberbotx@cyberbotx.com Assignee: mono@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(mono@FreeBSD.org) Created attachment 181333 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D181333&action= =3Dedit mono-remove-update_submodules.patch Currently the lang/mono port attempts to run a script called update_submodu= les at the end of its configure process as well as the first thing it does when building. This script doesn't run, though, due to a lack of a shebang, and = this causes the build to fail. The script is actually unneeded as it is meant to update git submodules for mono and the tarball isn't a git repository, so running it would have no effect anyways. The included patch removes the two calls to update_submodules, --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
