mono-remove-update_submodules.patch

Currently the lang/mono port attempts to run a script called update_submodu=
les
at the end of its configure process as well as the first thing it does when
building. This script doesn't run, though, due to a lack of a shebang, and =
this
causes the build to fail. The script is actually unneeded as it is meant to
update git submodules for mono and the tarball isn't a git repository, so
running it would have no effect anyways. The included patch removes the two
calls to update_submodules,
