Synopsis: New port: mbone/rat30 (rat-3.0.35), the stable branch. Replaces PR ports/21343. State-Changed-From-To: open->analyzed State-Changed-By: will State-Changed-When: Sat Apr 7 00:00:26 PDT 2001 State-Changed-Why: Do we really need this port? mbone/rat is at 4.x, and I don't know anything about the differences between the two versions.
