Not all of them has bugs only microcode revisions 1.62/1.66 and 1.68. There
is a fix. I got it from Soenke Behrens (Soenke.BEHRENS@conner.com). They
were very helpfull. I'm not allowed to send it to anybody, according to the
README files and things they send me. Here is a piece of the message which
says what information they need:

  there is indeed a fix available for users with a CFP1060x (microcode
  revision 1.62/1.66/1.68) and Linux. To apply the upgrade, you will
  need a DOS boot disk and ASPI drivers that can access your hard drive.

  If you are confident that you can do the upgrade yourself, please send
  us E-Mail with your full name, daytime telephone number and microcode
  revision of your disk (9WA1.6x), and we will send you the upgrade
  package as a file attach.

Before the upgrade I got filesystem corruptions when doing large filesystem
transactions like extracting tar files or restoring a disk from tape.
After the upgrade I had no further problems.... yet:)
