Hi all,

  How do you increase the keyboard repeat rate in X11R6.  I am using the
Feb 10 snapshot.  I wish to do for all X-windows the same as:

  kbdcontrol -r fast

does for console.  It would be great if I could make this the default
behaviour also (it's not an X resource is it?).  If I have to modify
the source tree that is also acceptable.
