 While I was testing 5.3-BETA3 and tried to use cvsup, this panic came
 after 10 minutes of cvsuping ports tree. This can be related to one of
 mine problems (most possibly with the third).

 I still have problems 2 and 3 on 5.3-BETA3. The problem 1 happened
 rarely, so I don't know yet, if it is still present in 5.3-BETA3.
