Verify that DNS lookups are working for all IP's involved - I've seen
similar things and that is usually the culprit.  If that's your problem,
either correct the DNS entries themselves or just add the appropriate
stuff to your /etc/hosts file.

(taking out the list cross post, doesn't seem necessary here)
