No, no any reconfiguration. Just rc.conf's:

ifconfig_em0_name="lan0"
ifconfig_lan0="inet x.x.x.1/27"
ifconfig_lan0_alias0="inet x.x.x.17/32"

I've upgraded to fresh CURRENT today because I've got em0 fatal trap
with version from january 29 and I've got it again right after
upgrade.
