I just got the following message:

Dec 25 15:21:16 oasis /kernel: sd0(ncr0:0:0): ABORTED COMMAND asc:4e,0
Overlapped commands attempted
Dec 25 15:21:16 oasis /kernel: , retries:3

First I thought the system was frozen, but it seemed to recover after
about 30 seconds. What does this message mean? Is it a bug? A hardware
problem?

The kernel that I'm running is a 2.2.5 STABLE kernel with FAILSAFE
enabled. I have a ncr controllor card.

Merry xmas,

              Frank
