If you're using a TGA2 card as the console, make sure to upgrade to at least 4.3- RELEASE because those cards are flaky for consoles before then. It was always nice when you had a long build (e.g. make world) on one console and random chunks of text from that console appearing as kernel messages on all your other consoles where root was logged in.... ---- Original Message ---- From: M.
