Hurm?  That's completely backwards.  RELENG_4 should point, always, to
the top of -stable.  RELENG_4_5 should be the security branch for
FreeBSD 4.5-RELEASE.  Are you sure?  I don't think Murray could have
possibly screwed things up so badly that this would no longer be true. :)
