It indicates that you are seeing a lot of connection activity.
Perhaps you need to configure more mbuf space (by increasing
NMBCLUSTERS in 2.1, or maxusers in -current).  As you have provided
almost no information by which your problem could be diagnosed, it is
quite difficult to say definitively what the answer is.
