calculix-cgx as a shar file

CalculiX GraphiX is currently broken in the unified port because of
incompatibilities between libstdc++ and libc++.

The main problem is that the command line tool has to be built with both
fortran and openmp which involves GCC. calculix-cgx uses opengl as should
instead be built with clang when possible. Separating the ports is consiste=
nt
with the way upstream distributes this (in two tarballs, make the package m=
ore
flexible and easier to maintain.

cgx now doesn't coredump.
