The issue with Boost.Context and CMake is due to the 1.68 beta missing
boost/context/all.hpp.  I've asked on the Boost list to clarify if it's a
regression or deliberate.  If the latter, I can work around this in FindBoo=
st.=20
If the former, should hopefully be fixed for the 1.68 final release.
