When I follow your installation instructions:

C:\temp>fdimage.exe boot.flp a:
boot.flp - File is too big

Hmm... I wonder why?

C:\temp>dir boot.flp
BOOT     FLP     1,478,962  04-15-97  8:52p boot.flp

C:\temp>dir a:
 Directory of A:\
 1,457,664 bytes free

Um, maybe you should check the filesize before saying it will fit on a
1.44M diskette...
