ipf.5: revert C style(9) applied to man page

Commit 2582ae5740181e0d2bab10003d66ae91c9b56329 accidentally applied some C
style(9) formatting to man pages, resulting in extra ( ... ); being added.

Most of those have already been fixed; this patch fixes the remaining issue=
s in
ipf.5.
