The following is the probe for it, it sound like the chip signature is not recognised. pci0:12: vendor=0x10ec, device=0x8029, class=network (ethernet) int a irq 9 [no driver assigned] Other Pci devices are correctly sensed, S3Trio64V+ and AHA 2940 included. Particularly, what that "no driver assigned" could mean? The card is TRUST PCI Ethernet Card COMBI Thanks, Marco
