Dear sir:
         For installing the libxml in FreeBSD 4.1 release, I try to
install the iconv-2.o.tar.gz.
After typing the typical command, "make", the error message,

Makefile :1:*** missing seperator.  Stop.

Could you give some comment what happen?  Or where can I find the doc of
INSTALL?
