The following reply was made to PR ports/124083; it has been noted by GNATS. From: "Josh Carroll" <josh.carroll@gmail.com> To: bug-followup@FreeBSD.org, hakcenter@gmail.com Cc: Subject: Re: ports/124083: net/vnc is not building the xorg vnc module Date: Tue, 9 Sep 2008 16:28:39 -0400 I'm taking a look at this, but yesterday I had a hard drive snafu, and unfortunately the work (albeit minimal) was lost for this. One thing of note: - on 7.0-RELEASE/i386, it attempts to build the vnc module, but fails. - on 7.0-RELEASE/amd64, as reported, it simply does not even attempt to build it I am planning on trying the build this on 6.3 or 6-STABLE as well to see if the build failure on the i386 arch is related to 7 or not. I need to get things re-setup/re-built and logged so I can go through and compare the logs. Thanks, Josh
