I'm trying to get a 3.3 box to work as a bridge, I'm hoping someone can help me out. I've enabled the BRIDGE option in the kernel, and executed the sysctl to turn on bridging. At this point the machine can ping hosts on each side of the bridge, and hosts on one side can ping the ethernet interface on the other side, but they can't ping other hosts on the other side. Eventually I'd like this to be a firewall, but for the moment I don't have firewall turned on in the kernel. Anyone know what's going on? ...arun To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
