Don't know about the kernel, but the OSS certainly supports it - I have
it running (SB 64 PCI) on a 3.1 machine no problems. I don't think the
card supports hardware midi or something though, if you haven't picked
it up yet try a different, better featured card like the SB 128 (also
supported by OSS).
