The httpd.conf installed with apache2 contains lines like
AddCharset ISO-8859-9 .iso8859-9 .latin9 .trk
but latin9 is iso-8859-15, iso-8859-9 is latin5 (in fact,
all the lines starting with iso-8859-5 (which is not latin5,
but cyrillic) are off, and latin6 to 10 as well as iso-8859-11
(thai) are missing.
