Thanks for the help and it work now but I have another problem. When the
machine boots and loads the user ppp by the following: 'ppp -auto -alias
demand' it dials and connects. If I don't load it thur the rc.conf.local
and just load it after it boots then login as root and load ppp then it
is ok for the montment. When I ping something on the outside world it
dials and connects like it should but then it sometimes will not drop
the line after the 5 minutes I have it set for. Or it does drop the line
but then dials and connects again. It is like it is running with the
-ddial option. There is no tpc/ip traffic on the net as I unhooked my
LAN from it to make sure. I have tried this with and without the local
DNS running with no change. Also sometimes when I try to ping something
it times out (ttl) but it is now set with a higher number but no change.
