	huh!!

	both hackers and questions are using bulk_mailer to distribute 
the messages.  the delays should be similar.  announce, hackers and 
questions are the only lists that are using bulk_mailer, they are the 
largest lists that freefall carries.  the rest use sendmail with one-time 
sorted lists.

	yes, hackers and Current, not questions

	each list has mixed response times, or a mix when comparing the lists?
