It was my fault that I shall update p5-CPAN-Meta first. (Thank swills@)
After p5-CPAN-Meta >=3D 2.113640 being installed, no ports would depend on
p5-Version-Requirements anymore. Then, I could deprecate this port safely.

Yes, CPAN::Meta 2.113640 is for the transition from
Version::Requirements to CPAN::Meta::Requirements.

Module::Build itself does not depend on Version::Requirements. The
dependency is brought by CPAN::Meta. p5-Module-Build should work fine
after p5-CPAN-Meta updates.
