Well you can't  have several recipients on the RHS.
You have to use your alias file this way: 

::virtusertable
staff@mycompany.com	us@localdomain.com

::aliases
us:	root, me@home.com, foo@foobar.com

localdomain is one domain managed on your server (ie it is in Cw)
