PORTSCOUT=3D

Hi,

I get these messages regularly, which can be avoided easily.

Port                                            | Current version | New ver=
sion
------------------------------------------------+-----------------+--------=
----
lang/go124                                      | 1.24.8          | 1.25.3
------------------------------------------------+-----------------+--------=
----

I added PORTSCOUT variables to both ports to only look at 1.24.* and 1.25.*
respectively.

I also reordered some variables to pet portclippy. This makes the diff a bit
less readable. If you really want me to I can only commit the PORTSCOUT
addition.

NB: I have a commit, so if you approve I can easily commit the patch.
