latest cvsup of ports tree

>Description:

The following ports, maintained by me, are either redundant or obsolete,
and should be removed.

databases/p5-ApacheDBI
Redundant; we already have a ports/www/p5-Apache-DBI that is the same
program. I did not know this when commiting the port. Oops. :(
audio/ripit-atapi
The functionality of this port has been incorporated into
ports/audio/ripit. This port is no longer necessary.
audio/x11amp
ports/audio/xmms contains the complete functionality of this port,
and then some. (plus it's open-source)
