Tried keepassxc and there is exactly the same problem as in keepassx:

A test entry has username test@test.com and password @=E2=82=AC=C2=B5{}[]\

Now auto-type makes this:
testqtest.com   qem7089=C3=9F

While doing manually copy username (ctrl+b ctrl+v) and copy password (ctrl+c
ctrl+v) does it correctly:
test@test.com   @=E2=82=AC=C2=B5{}[]\

What me really puzzles is, that no one else is complaining about.
Any hint is greatly appreciated how to track that problem.
